2. Use modern scientific management skills and management methods to provide the organization and management of health care institutions related industrial projects;
3. Choose the service items and product positioning strategies of health care institutions and formulate marketing strategies;
4. Formulate standardized internal workflow of health care institutions, and design internal team salary performance management system;
5. Professional consultants at the first level in the health care and beauty industry provide advanced consultation for the development of industrial projects and the shaping of industrial brands, and develop, promote, evaluate and guide different health marketing modes.
6. Health care market research, industry analysis and prediction, evaluation; store design, publicity, project pricing analysis, project product and consumables evaluation, cost control and accounting;
7. Human resource management and output of projects or institutions;
8. Development and planning of health service projects and organization management technology.
V. Training Certificate
Qualified trainees who have participated in the course training of the National Training Network of China will be awarded the Certificate of Professional Skills Training by the National Training Network of China. The certificate indicates that the holder has passed the relevant course training and assessment organized by China National Training Network. The validity of the certificate can be queried by China National Training Network http://www.chinatraining.com.cn.
VI. Registration materials
Copies of identity cards and related qualification certificates should be prepared for registration. Two paper photographs with a 1 inch blue background are also required.
