I. Project Introduction
In order to cope with the rapid growth of chronic disease patients in China, safeguard the health of residents and improve the quality of life of chronic disease patients, the National Training Network of China has set up and carried out a training project of "health care teachers for chronic diseases". Training courses focus on the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, metabolic characteristics, nursing points, nutritional intervention and sports intervention treatment of chronic diseases, emphasizing the practicability and operability of knowledge. Through learning, we can provide targeted nursing and rehabilitation treatment for chronic patients, and effectively meet the needs of medical institutions at all levels and other social organizations for the management of chronic patients.
II. Training objectives
According to the risk factors and metabolic principles of chronic diseases, the health care teachers of chronic diseases achieve the goal of preventing and controlling and improving the quality of life of patients through the management and nursing of patients, combined with nutrition and exercise intervention. The chronic disease health care professionals belong to the more professional chronic disease management and care personnel.
Training courses
The most suitable majors are nurses, community doctors and senior nurses.
Its core courses include: overview of chronic diseases, basic nursing, nursing of chronic diseases in internal medicine, nursing of chronic diseases in surgery, nutritional basis, nutritional value of various foods, basic theory of clinical nutrition, dietary treatment and dietary therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, nutritional treatment and clinical practice of various diseases, exercise and rehabilitation, sports intervention of various diseases, etc.
IV. Training Targets
Employed in various medical institutions, health care institutions, physical examination institutions, health management companies, health clubs and rehabilitation institutions of traditional Chinese medicine, personnel engaged in health management and/or chronic disease management, as well as nursing workers engaged in patient care and care.
V. Time and form of training
The training lasts 156 hours and rolls on from time to time. Students can cross-listen until they have finished and pass the exam.
VI. Training Certificate
Qualified trainees who have participated in the course training of the National Training Network of China will be awarded the Certificate of Professional Skills Training by the National Training Network of China. The certificate indicates that the holder has passed the relevant course training and assessment organized by China National Training Network. The certificate number is the only code, which is universal throughout the country. The validity of the certificate can be inquired through China National Training Network http://www.chinatraining.com.cn.
VII. Notice for Registration
From now on, you should submit 2 copies of your ID card, 2 copies of your medical education certificate, 2 photos of one inch color blue background certificate and electronic version, and the registration form of "Health Care for Chronic Diseases".
