The difference between home-based health managers and nutritionists and community doctors is that nutritionists are professionals engaged in nutrition consultation, while home-based health managers are professionals engaged in monitoring, analyzing, evaluating, maintaining and promoting the health of people or individuals, as well as in responding to health emergencies in community and public service areas. It is a combination of nutritionists, psychological consultants, physical examiners, preventive doctors, health education experts and community service information managers. It is also a comprehensive occupation besides medical treatment in the future.
Firstly, in subject construction, home health management is not purely medical, it should include people's daily health prevention science, life science and so on, and put forward the concept of mental health for the first time, which sublimates people's health concept from simple physical health to mental, psychological and social adaptability. This has pointed out a new direction for the cultivation of home health management talents.
Secondly, in terms of personnel training, big health management is a big industry. Therefore, besides medical talents, health industry also needs a lot of management and marketing talents. IV. Training Targets
They are interested in health examination, medical services, health insurance, traditional Chinese medicine health care, healthy old-age care and the development of new intelligent old-age residential areas, health community real estate, sports and fitness, medical tourism, beauty and health care, maternal and child services, health food, nutrition and other industries to engage in health services, health consultation, health management and related people from all walks of life. The major of enrollment is divided into two levels: residential health administrator and senior residential health administrator. Managers are required to have a college degree or more, or to have been engaged in health and related work for more than three years. Senior home health managers are required to have a bachelor's degree in health-related major, or a college degree or to have been engaged in health-related work for more than five years, and to obtain a certificate of health managers. Special contributors in health fields such as medicine, nutrition and psychology should be relaxed when applying for grades. Students of different grades should take exams at corresponding levels.
V. Training Form and Time
72 hours of face-to-face instruction plus 18 hours of online courses are used for training.
VI. Training Certificate
Qualified trainees who have participated in the course training of the National Training Network of China will be awarded the Certificate of Professional Skills Training by the National Training Network of China. The certificate indicates that the holder has passed the relevant course training and assessment organized by China National Training Network. The certificate number is the only code, which is universal throughout the country. VII. Notice for Registration
