I. Course Introduction
Chairman Xi pointed out in the "Four Overall" put forward at the 18th National Congress that "preschool education is one of the new growth points in line with the trend of population and economic development". The attention of the government and the flow of funds determine that the training of kindergarten principals, kindergarten teachers and early teachers will open a new chapter.
The Ministry of Education has promulgated 60 items of the professional standards for kindergarten principals in 2015 and the new edition of the working rules for kindergartens in 2016, which all require professional qualities and skills of professional kindergarten principals and kindergarten educators.
The Education Law of the People's Republic of China and the Teachers'Law clearly stipulate that all teachers engaged in education and teaching in schools (kindergartens) and other educational institutions at all levels must have corresponding qualification certificates. All kindergarten directors are required to be certified, otherwise they can not hold posts and run kindergartens.
II. Training objectives
At present, the state strictly requires all garden directors to be certified. With the improvement of kindergarten education level and the growth of specialization, kindergartens have entered the market, and the requirements for kindergarten principals are getting higher and higher. Kindergarten principals should develop in the direction of professionalization and specialization.
In view of the diversification of kindergarten principals and the uneven level of kindergarten running, the curriculum of vocational kindergarten principals strengthens the popularization of preschool education policies and regulations, highlights the improvement of professional quality and skills of vocational kindergarten principals, and establishes a platform for learning and communication of vocational kindergarten principals, so that the kindergarten principals are not only a job, but also a profession.
III. Training Targets
Investors and executive directors of kindergartens, parent-child kindergartens and early education institutions;
The key teachers in preschool education;
Middle-level managers of the park;
Transferred teachers in primary and secondary schools.
IV. Purpose of training
Improving the teaching and management level of kindergarten principals;
Regulate the work flow of the director;
Improve the organizational ability, preparation ability, decision-making and management ability, communication and coordination ability, innovation ability and crisis management ability of the head of the garden.

V. Training Certificate
Qualified trainees who have participated in the course training of the National Training Network of China will be awarded the Certificate of Professional Skills Training by the National Training Network of China. The certificate indicates that the holder has passed the relevant course training and assessment organized by China National Training Network. The certificate number is the only code, which is universal throughout the country. The validity of the certificate can be inquired through China National Training Network http://www.chinatraining.com.cn.
VI. Registration materials
Copies of identity cards and related qualification certificates should be prepared for registration. Two paper photographs with a 1 inch blue background are also required.
