Kindergarten Quality Management Teacher Course

I. Course Introduction

In 2011, Premier Wen chaired the executive meeting of the State Council, which studied and deployed the current policies and measures for the development of preschool education. Among them, it was clearly pointed out that we should "strengthen the construction of preschool teachers, improve the training system of preschool teachers, run preschool teachers'colleges and specialties, and strengthen the training of preschool teachers". In three years, 10,000 kindergarten managers and key teachers were trained at the national level, and in five years, all kindergarten managers and teachers were trained in a round.

In 2011, the Ministry of Education issued the "Kindergarten Teachers'Professional Standards (Trial Implementation)" which is the basic requirement of the state for the professional quality of qualified kindergarten teachers, the basic norm for kindergarten teachers to carry out education activities, the basic guideline for leading kindergarten teachers' professional development, and the important basis for kindergarten teachers'training, access, training and assessment.


II. Training objectives

At present, there are 220,000 kindergartens registered in China, 70% of which are private kindergartens. Due to the rapid growth of the number of kindergartens, there is a large shortage of talents in kindergartens. Qualified kindergarten directors, excellent teachers and nurses have become scarce talent resources. A large number of existing kindergarten practitioners, professional level and knowledge and skills can not reach the national standard. The basic requirement of kindergarten running is that the quality of kindergarten running is uneven.

With the high attention of the whole society to the quality of kindergartens, the demand for quality management of kindergartens has developed rapidly. More and more kindergarten organizers hope to have professional kindergarten quality managers to guide them. More and more front-line kindergarten managers hope to master the theory and practical methods of quality management of kindergartens through learning.


3. Training Model
